Project Description
PROJECT OWNER: Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand - Ministry of Industry Map Ta Phut Industrial Port (MIT) is 1,024 metres in length. The second public port will serve to reduce the density of the first public port and to facilitate businesses in Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate. In addition, the port will provide a link between the rail system and marine transport to help reduce road traffic and enhance the logistics system of the country. It will also accommodate the increasing volume of cargo resulting from the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) Development Project.
