The ski resort “Norus” is on the balance of the Department of State Buildings under the President and the Government Office of the Kyrgyz Republic and is located 35 km from the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek. The recreation center is located at an altitude of 1980 m above sea level.
The Project is initiated by the State represented by the Office of the President and Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, which invites partners from the private sector to implement the Norus Project on a public-private partnership. The state partner, represented by the State Enterprise “Department of State Buildings” under USPAP, will provide land and capital buildings as a contribution to a PPP transaction, as well as provide full support in working with government agencies for the successful implementation of the Project. The contribution in the form of assets is estimated at $ 1.25 million.
