Project Description
The central utility plants (CUPs) have the objective of providing the following essential services to the central facilities of the Mexico New International Airport (NAIM) through distribution tunnels: • Production of hot and cold water. • Power backup generators. • Fire protection equipment. The master plan contemplates the construction of 3 CUPs. This particular project contemplates the CUP of the southeastern campus over an area of 30,000 m2, which will provide services to military and government facilities. The provision of these services by the CUP will be carried out in a sustainable manner considering a cost reduction of 50% of the energy generated. This project is part of the Mexico New International Airport (NAIM) Macro Project.
