STS 13 is a brownfield area within the Organized Port of Santos/SP with an area of 59,500 m². The investment planned is of BRL 198.0 million. The total storage capacity of the tanks at this terminal was estimated at 97,720 m³.
The project has already passed the preparatory stages prior to the bidding procedure, in accordance with current legislation (i - submission to the consultation/public hearing process by the National Agency of Waterway Transportation - ANTAQ and ii - approval at the time of the corresponding Study of Technical, Economic and Environmental Feasibility - EVTEA by the TCU, as provided in Normative Instruction No. 27/1998).
The Brazilian Project Structure - EBP was the authorized company (through Administrative Act No. 38/2013-SEP) to carry out the feasibility studies in question. Currently, the feasibility studies were reviewed by the Planning and Logistics Company – EPL.
