Project Description
The CDC is a 3,087km 12-pair backbone fiber optic data transmission cable that encircles the state of Ceara, travelling through 184 municipalities, of which 77 are already connected. The fiber optic cable infrastructure is already installed. The investor shall be responsible to bear the lighting, distribution and/or expansion costs necessary for their business model. Return on investment, as well as profitability, shall be garnered from the cable’s operation. The infrastructure may be used for private use or offered to third parties via service charge.
